Your Details, Treated With Care.
This notice covers the Advantage Care website, booking requests, account profiles and patient intake forms.
Patient Intake Information
In your signed-in portal, you may save a draft containing your date of birth, location, care question, relevant history, medicines, allergies and communication needs. Saving a draft stores these details against your account. Submitting records your consent and preserves that version. It does not confirm an appointment or schedule a clinical review.
Intake information is stored separately from website enquiries. The booking desk does not have access to it. We record save and submission events without copying health information into the event log. Contact our team through the privacy request form if you need to correct or request deletion of a submitted intake; do not include medical details in that form.
When your submitted intake is assigned, the assigned clinician can read it and request further information through your portal. Your replies and review messages are stored with the review. Clinical access requires an active membership and two-step verification. Coordinators can manage assignments without reading your medical answers. A separate, restricted review audit records assignments, status changes and clinician messages. Review updates appear in your portal; they do not confirm an appointment.
What We Collect and Why
Booking requests include appointment preferences, patient country and city, age group, language, communication support and payment arrangements. We use these details to review your request and arrange the next step. For enquiries, we collect your contact details, country, optional city, enquiry category and the information you choose to provide so we can review and respond.
Practitioner interest forms also request professional role, specialty, registration body and number, experience and optional availability. Partner forms request organisation, role, locations and partnership interest. Family forms ask about your relationship and the country where your loved one lives; please do not identify them or provide their health information.
We record the notice accepted, submission time and enquiry reference. Please do not send medical records, symptoms, identity documents or sensitive information through these forms.
How Your Details Are Handled
Patient accounts use your email address for authentication and account recovery. Your profile stores your name and contact preferences, including optional phone number, city, language and time zone. You can edit these details in the portal. Essential session cookies keep you signed in; they are not used for advertising. Account and profile data are stored in Supabase, with patient access restricted to their own profile. Contact us to request account closure and removal of information no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Our website runs on Vercel, enquiry records are stored in Supabase in London, and emails are sent through Resend. These providers process information to operate the website; infrastructure and subprocessors may process information outside your country. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised service administration. We do not sell your details or use advertising trackers.
Website Guide
The chat bubble is an automated FAQ guide. Topic selections are processed in your browser and are not saved as a conversation. It does not provide medical advice or connect you to a live clinician. If you follow its contact link, the enquiry form is handled as described above.
Your Choices and Retention
Submitting a booking request or enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in each email. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. We review booking requests and enquiries within 12 months of submission and remove information no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations. Unsubscribed addresses are retained only as needed to respect your choice.
Access, Corrections and Removal
Use the contact form and select Privacy Request to request access, correction, removal or help with your information. We may need to verify that a request comes from you before acting on it. Do not submit identity documents through the marketing form.
